Our free Starter Bee plan includes basic business listing features, up to 4 photos, and standard visibility in search results.

2.2 Pro Bee Subscription

Pro Bee is our premium subscription service that includes:

• Up to 20 business photos
• Priority search placement and enhanced visibility
• Website Gallery Link feature for seamless integration
• Enhanced analytics and business insights
• Pro Bee badge and verification status
• Custom business categories and tags
• Advanced customer review management
• Priority customer support

3.1 Pricing

Pro Bee subscription is currently priced at £1.99 per month for the first 2,500 subscribers (founding member rate). Standard pricing is £3.99 per month for new subscribers after this limit.

3.2 Price Lock Guarantee

Important: Founding members (first 2,500 subscribers) benefit from our Price Lock Guarantee. Your subscription rate will remain at £1.99/month permanently, even when standard pricing increases to £3.99/month for new subscribers.

3.3 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Major credit and debit cards accepted
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.1 Cancellation Policy

• Cancel your Pro Bee subscription anytime through your billing dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain Pro Bee features until your paid period expires
• Account automatically downgrades to Starter Bee after cancellation

4.2 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. No partial month refunds are provided upon cancellation.

5.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business and keep your listing information up to date.

5.2 Business Authorization

You must be authorized to represent the business you are listing. We may verify business ownership through Companies House or other official records.

5.3 Content Standards

You agree not to upload or post:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Misleading, false, or fraudulent business information
• Spam or promotional content unrelated to your business

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BeeListed. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute it as part of our service.

6.2 Our Platform

BeeListed platform, features, and branding are our intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

7.1 Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability with advance notice.

7.2 Feature Updates

We may modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Pro Bee subscribers will be notified of any significant changes affecting their subscription benefits.

8.1 Voluntary Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your business listing will be permanently removed from BeeListed.

8.2 Termination for Cause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.
